Use email if the form is unavailable or when following up on an existing request. Include its reference number when possible. Response time depends on the request; no support SLA is offered.

Technical issue

Include the affected page and scan type, steps to reproduce, approximate time, and expected versus observed behavior.

Result or methodology correction

Include the affected URL or methodology statement, what appears wrong, and a public source supporting the correction.

Privacy request

Describe the account or browser-linked record involved without sending passwords or authentication secrets. You can permanently delete search history or the current account from the user workspace.

Use a minimal, safe proof

For a security issue, email [email protected] with the affected URL or component, expected and actual behavior, clear reproduction steps, impact, and the smallest safe proof needed to explain the issue.

Protect people

Do not access another user's account.
Do not collect unnecessary personal data.
Do not expose credentials or private records.

Protect the service

Do not run destructive or disruptive tests.
Do not bypass rate limits or access controls.
Do not publish sensitive details before coordination.

Discover Profile does not currently publish a bug-bounty program, monetary reward, safe-harbor guarantee, or fixed response deadline.
